Official Organization Registration: On January 27, 2026, the Non-Governmental Organization “Association of Alumni and Friends of the Orchestra” was established and legally registered.
Obtaining Non-Profit Status: The Organization was assigned non-profit status code 0032. Official bank accounts were opened to ensure the transparent collection of charitable contributions.
Official Partnership with the Palace: A bilateral Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction was signed with the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity to jointly develop the Orchestra’s material and technical base.
Grant Activity and International Cooperation
Project Management and Fundraising: Comprehensive preparation and submission of project applications were carried out for the following grant calls:
ISAR Ednannia: Project within the “Sparks of Communities” program.
ISAR Ednannia: Project within the “Towards Community Life in Action” competition.
Ukrainian-Danish Youth House: Application for the 2026 grant competition. (Based on the selection results, funding was not secured; however, a solid foundation of project proposals was developed for future applications).
EU Registration (PIC Code): Obtained a unique Participant Identification Code in the European Commission database, granting the right to participate in direct grant programs and tenders of the European Union.
International Grant Application: Fully prepared and submitted a grant application to the international Creativity Pioneers Fund (June 2026).
Verification on International Platforms: Successfully passed full verification and achieved accredited organization status on the TechSoup Ukraine and Goodstack platforms, unlocking access to discounted software and international donor programs.
Concert and Charitable Activities
Organization of Charity Concerts: With the active participation and support of NGO “AViDO”, two charitable concerts of the Orchestra were successfully held in Kharkiv in June 2026.
Launch of Targeted Fundraising: Officially launched a Charitable Fundraising Campaign for the renovation of the Palace’s rehearsal hall.
Accumulation and Legalization of Funds: Implemented a cashless donation system via the organization’s official QR code. All funds raised during concerts and through fundraising efforts were deposited in full into the NGO’s bank account for transparent reporting.
Digitalization and IT Infrastructure
Launch of the Digital Platform: Optimized the official website folk-orchestra.kharkiv.ua and implemented an online application system for joining the Association.
Corporate Tools: Secured and configured licensed Google Workspace and Adobe Express packages free of charge for efficient team operations.
Digital Archive: Officially launched a large-scale project to systemize, scan, and digitize the Orchestra’s historical and musical archives.
Operational and Expert Activities
Audit of Rehearsal Hall Utilities: Engaged specialists to conduct an expert assessment of the heating system utilities in the Orchestra’s rehearsal hall; initiated negotiations regarding its restoration prior to the winter season.
